I was watching the new and the only thing that is being reported on is the devastating effect of Hurrican Katrina. The state is devastated by the destruction left all over the state. From what I've seen and heard on the news, even Jackson sustained a lot of damage. I know that my hometown (Wesson) is without power, water, and phones, not to mention 2 cell phone towers in the area are down. They don't expect to have power for a week. How will the state ever recover finacially from all this devastation?
