Supreme Court agrees to hear Anna Nicole Smith case

That's right, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear Anna Nicole Smith's case.
Is this the same court that refused to hear Judith Miller's case and protect journalists? They are instead looking out for a former playboy model who was married to an 89-year-old man (when she was 26) for one year and thinks that she deserves $474 million because of it.
