Bush speech
In a speech given in Nashville on wednesday, Bush talked about the war in Iraq, oil and several other issues. Bush briefly touched on a topic that I find interesting. Bush talked about our duty as a nation to preserve peace around the world, Bush stated that Americans cant afford to be "isolationists". I am not personally opposed to the war in Irag and I beleive we started the war for honest and dignified reasons. However, there are numerous countries with dictators and poverty and corrupt governments around the world, I just wonder where our job as peace keepers stops and starts. Whats next after Iraq, and how do we pick and chose which countries to help and which ones to leave alone. Please let me know what you think.
