Just wondering what some thoughts were on the nuclear pact with India. It is supposed to be limited to civilian use (i.e. power plants) with no increases on military nuclear research. Does anyone think this could pose a potential problem for the rest of the world? India seems to be more civil than a lot of countries with nuclear capabilities.
