Ray Gun

Apparently the U.S. military has invented a ray gun. It emits a 130 degree beam that does not harm the person, but makes them feel like they are on fire. I think this this is really interesting. If it is, in fact, harmless this could be a great defense weapon to be used without have to kill or wound anyone.
