America is Dead!
That's right everyone...Captain America has been tragically shot and killed by a sniper in New York City. After first appearing over 60 years ago, the man who drank the super serum and saved our asses countless times has paid the ultimate sacrifice. This guy punched Hitler ok??? Details of his untimely death are still a little sketchy, but I think it's safe to say that no man has ever carried an adamantium shield like this guy.
Born Steve Rogers, Captain America has fought for Truth, Justice, and the American Way, regardless of risk of personal injury. In a day and age where there are fewer and fewer heroes with any kind of integrity, Captain America is a shining example of what a real American, hopped up on a performance enhancing serum made by the government, can do. Please, a momet of silence for our fallen brother...he will be missed.
