Will he, or will he not???

Hello Everyone,

In reference to the following:

Al Gore
Back on Capitol Hill, the movie-making former vice president encountered objections from some Republicans who say he exaggerates about global warming. Others say his fervent stumping be an early sign that he'll try another run for the presidency.

Personally, I would like to see former Vice President Gore make another run for the White House. At some point and time, I think the office belongs to him; but not against, or at the expense of Senator Clinton. For former VP Gore to challenge Senator Clinton it would be disrespectful and the biggest case of betrayal witnessed in American politics.

Now, if there be any hostilities between the Clinton and Gore camp, the best thing they could do is forgive and forget, than team-up once again. The dream ticket of the century would be Senator Hillary Clinton and former VP Gore vs. The only Republican challenger I can currently perceive with a fighting chance of defeating them, Senator John McCain. The Clinton and Gore II ticket would be an unbeatable combination with a win/win situation. Senator Clinton solidifies her place in history and former VP Al Gore acquires the title as Come Back Kid II to march uncontested right into the White House in 2016.

On the other hand, Senator Clinton risks failing to capitalize on making history by the slimmest of margins and former VP Gore places the final nail to end his political career by challenging Senator Clinton. Surely, former VP Gore knows that because the Clintons and everyone else does.

Thomas
