Huckabees convention plan

I have just heard that the reason that Huckabee has not dropped out yet is because he wants to at least get more delegates than Mitt Romney. Supposedly if he gets more delegates than Romney then he could get a better speaking position at the convention.

You're probably right. I'm sure McCain will choose Huckabee as his running mate.

Do you think the Republicans really want Huckabee to drop out now? This would decide the Republican nominee really early. That might give the Democratic party an edge in preparing for a race against McCain. Just my opinion though.
