I would say that is rather shocking to me. Especially after Romney made those comments about McCain and Huckabee working together. Do you think he is trying to potentially be McCain's running mate?
 

I don't think that Romney has a snowball's chance to be McCain's VP. McCain will need someone who can carry the Southern states, and other ares of the country where he has had a weak following. Romney probably had a good deal of pressure from his political peers to endorse McCain, and if you watched the announcement, it was obvious how uncomfortable the two of them were even being next to one another. (Neither of them ever looked at the other.)
