Primary AND Caucuses?
Can someone explain to me why the Democrats in Texas had a primary and a caucus yesterday? I admit I have never really understood the difference, but I thought a state had one or the other - not both.
Anyway, CNN shows Obama currently leading by a few points in the caucus tally, but it is only 1/3 complete. I just wonder how an Obama win in this portion would affect things.
