Who didn't see this coming? INSANITY DEFENSE! Major Nidal Hasan is sitting in ICU and has already decided to plead insanity for killing 13 people at Fort Hood, Texas. He would be charged with premeditated and may continue to add charges. This all took place where soldier going through screening before being deployed while also finializing their wills. If the jury would consider the death penalty his attorney has already made it clear that under military laws that Maj. Hasan would plead not guilty. If he could not get the death penalty i would consider the next worriest treament. Until then he will remain in custody of he intensive care room in San Antonio, Texas until his trial arrives.

That's ridiculous. He should be hung. How can someone who killed numerous men and women who are enlisted to protect our country have the potential to get off easier than another man/woman would? Ridiculous. The judicial system works sometimes...sometimes it doesn't work the way it should, or at least the way we would like it to.
