Kosovo Honors Former Pres. Clinton

I don't think any American President has been honored in any other country. Does anyone know of another American President being honored in this way by another country? What about any president or country leader being honored by another country?

To be honest with you, I am not real sure if another president has been honored in another country. Good for Clinton. This will be something interesting to research and see if there was another one.
